Case Law
The Case Law section is a premier database comprised of selected major cases involving the adult entertainment industry and related areas such as intellectual property and contractual disputes. The cases are primarily decisions from the United States Supreme Court and the various District Courts and Courts of Appeals across the nation. Although this database is meant to serve as a comprehensive resource for adult entertainment case law, this database will be updated on an ongoing basis. However, it is in no way meant to substitute for actual legal consultation.
